AT NAILS MAILY APPOINTMENTS ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

Girls, don't forget to reserve your seats, especially for groups. Evenings and weekends are often very busy. We also accept walk-in, but we cannot guarantee the availability of our technicians. Call us now for reservation. We hope to see you soon!

Appointments are not confirmed by phone.

If the reservation is for two or more clients or if the reserved treatments cost more than $ 65 (before taxes), the credit card number or a 50% deposit will be required.

In the event of a delay of more than 15 minutes, we reserve the right to modify or shorten your appointment. Care service will be refused if it cannot be performed within an appropriate time frame. Clients will have to pay for the entire treatment at any time.

In the event of a change in the treatment reserved, we will do our best to meet your wishes while respecting the availability of our employees and also other reservations.

If the desired treatment is less expensive than the reserved treatment, the price difference will be adjusted.

CANCELLATIONS & DELAYS

The following cancellation fees will unfortunately be charged:

24-48 HRS:
50% of the value of the reserved treatments will be required

24 HRS OR LESS
100% of the value of the reserved treatments will be required

HYGIENE
We are very proud of our Hygiene and Disinfection Protocol. This is one of the reasons why Candy is recognized by its clients and the nail care industry in Quebec. At Ongles Maily, each client is served with tools that are thoroughly cleaned and sterilized. The surfaces are disinfected between each client with hospital level products, plus each client receives a personal manicure kit. Each of our clients will have their own file, buffer, toe spreader etc. We keep these kits for you for 3 months to reduce waste and keep your visit history at Candy. Air quality is not a problem at Candy cars we do not use any product that emits toxic odors like acrylic.

ALLERGIES & HEALTH
Please let us know if you have any allergies (latex, nuts, etc.)

if you have symptoms or have a specific medical condition:

Warts, Fungal or Skin Infections, Diabetes, Pregnancy, Hepatitis, HIV etc.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment for a fungal infection of the nails or skin or any other condition that could be transmitted to other clients or to our staff. It is always advisable to visit a doctor or podiatrist if you are suffering from these conditions to improve complete healing - thanks.

PURCHASES
Taxes and tips are not included in our rates.
No refund, exchange or credit for treatments, products or gift cards.

One correction is offered free of charge per client.
The policy does not apply during customer conditions or irregular use (Contact with chemicals, solvents, corrosives, dyes, extreme temperatures or irregular wear due to intensive activities).
